Can I be sure about honesty of the service staff coming to my place?
H24 Planet Cleaning Services is highly concerned about the question of honesty. First of all, we do a background check for all the people we hire in our company. Before and during the working period, our staff is trained and consulted based on the standard demands. All of our employees are under our responsibility and are insured for emergency situations. Our company also provides regular quality and qualification checks and fixes the lacks if needed. We are also ready to listen to our clients as we want to meet all your expectations.

Do I need to do anything before my cleaner arrives?
Every customer is different and if it’s the cleaner’s first visit to your home, it’s good to give them some guidance. Ideally, jot down a list of cleaning priorities for your cleaner (you can do it per room, or for your entire home). This will help them to focus on the areas that are important to you. When your cleaner arrives, give them a tour and highlight your priorities and any fragile surfaces or items. Don’t forget to show the cleaner where to find your cleaning products and if you have any preferences or surfaces that need special care, make sure to let your cleaner know.
Do I need to be home for the booking?
We strongly recommend that you are home for the first clean of your booking to show your cleaner around. Some customers choose to give a spare key to their cleaner, but this decision is based on individual preferences. And, of course, you can count on keeping any personal information private and safe.
Is a long-term contract required for service?
Absolutely not. Our services are provided as needed to suit your busy lifestyle. There are no long-term contracts or obligations required.
Are you insured?
We are a fully bonded cleaning service. We carry insurance for our employees and for the work that we do in your home. We also guarantee customer satisfaction. Was something not cleaned the way that you expected? Let us know, and we will do our best to put things right.
What about pets?
All our staff are Pet Lovers. Pets are a part of the family, and so we clean up after them as well! During service we recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable — not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Let us know how you'd like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy.
Will I have the same cleaning person each visit?
Yes. You will have the same cleaning professional for each visit. We know how importante is to have someone you know and trust cleaning your home.

Can I skip or reschedule an appointment?
If you anticipate needing to change an appointment time, ideally, we would like a minimum of 36 hours in advance. We'll move your visit to another, more convenient time or if you wish, cancel it all together.
How will you enter my home on my scheduled days of cleaning?

We leave this up to you, whatever you feel most comfortable with. 1. You may give us a key. 2. You can leave a key under a door mat the day of cleaning. 3. You can give us the code to the garage. 4. You can leave the door unlocked the day of cleaning.
What if I am not satisfied with my cleaning?
Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. That is why we offer a 24 hour guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your home cleaning, just simply give us a call within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will return to re-clean the area you are dissatisfied with, at no cost to you.
Do you offer house cleaning gift certificates?

Yes. You can purchase a cleaning gift certificate for just about any occasion.
How and when do I pay for my cleaning services?
We do not receive cash but in the other hand it is a pice of cake to pay for our services. You can pay by bank transfer or Paypal. And you also can pay just at the beggining of each month and after all service done. Isn't perfect?
